Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the association's membership structure so that you choose the correct member type below.

Facility membership in TAHFA is open to individual Texas facility locations providing direct patient services. Multiple employees meeting the criteria for a Provider member may be designated. Each member organization designates a person to serve as the organization's Facility Primary representative. Dues in the amount of $250 are assessed to the organization each year on September 1. Individuals whose organization maintains a facility membership in TAHFA may register as a Facility Associate and obtain member benefits at no additional cost to the organization.

Provider membership in TAHFA is open to individuals directly employed by a patient care facility, subsidiary or parent organization, and responsible for business and financial activities, including government entities overseeing or providing industry education. Dues in the amount of $100 are assessed each year on September 1.

Non-Provider membership in TAHFA is open to individuals with an interest in healthcare financial/accounting activities but who are not employees of a direct patient care facility. The individual associated with this membership record will be primary representative who will receive dues renewal notifications. Dues in the amount of $500 are assessed to the organization each year on September 1. Non Provider Members may register as many Additional Non Provider Members from the same organization at no additional charge.

Student membership in TAHFA is open to students attending a 4-year accredited college or graduate program and carrying a minimum of 12 hours undergraduate or 9 hours graduate, with a major related to healthcare (non-voting). Dues in the amount of $35 are assessed each year on September 1.

	Facility Primary

Individuals whose organization maintains a facility membership in TAHFA may register as a Facility Associate and obtain member benefits at no additional cost to the organization.
	Facility Associate
			Available to individuals whose organization maintains a facility membership in TAHFA may register as *a Facility Associate* and obtain member benefits at no additional cost to the organization. Select the Facility Associate membership type to join TAHFA under an established Facility Primary Membership for your facility. You will need to select your facility name from the drop down box provided on the registration form. If you can not locate your facility name, you will need to verify that your facility is an active member of TAHFA by emailing sdouglas@tahfa.org or calling 866-818-6573.
	Provider Individual
			Available to individuals directly employed by a patient care facility, subsidiary or parent organization, and responsible for business and financial activities, including government entities overseeing or providing industry education.
	Non Provider
			Available to individuals with an interest in healthcare financial/accounting activities but who are not employees of a direct patient care facility.
	Non Provider Representative
			Non Provider members may register as many individuals from their organization as deemed necessary to receive the benefits of TAHFA membership. Select this membership type to join TAHFA under an established Non Provider Membership. You will need to select your organization's name from the drop down box provided on the registration form. If you can not locate your organization's name, you will need to verify that your organization is an active member of TAHFA by emailing tahfa@tahfa.org or calling 866-818-6573.
	Student
